ACCESS TO THE SITES - ID nr / PASSPORT required
Attending the excursion involves strict access control from the facilities. Please browse to your registration form and ensure that you have captured your ID number. If you are not a SA National, you need to provide a Passport number together with an uploaded copy of you passport. Without this information you will not be allowed to access the sites. Also bring along the relevant document for verification at the facilies.
MOVEMENT ON THE SITES
At each facility, both a presentation as well as a site tour is planned. It is advised to wear shoes for accessing non-paved terrain e.g. grass and somewhat uneven surfaces. A hat and umbrella is also advised. Please stay with the group(s) and do not roam on your own without accompanying staff / permission from relevant staff members of the facilities.
BUS TRANSFER BETWEEN PRETORIA AND HARTEBEESTHOEK
Delegates who registered to:
1) Attend the Excursion on Wednesday 30 September,
AND
2) booked a seat on the bus from DLRRD to Hartebeesthoek
